Enquiry, quote, confirmation.

Send your preferred experience, date, number of guests (including children) and pickup location to our team. We’ll confirm availability, the total price and your package inclusions. Submitting the enquiry form or opening WhatsApp does not reserve a place.

Get a complete written quote

Before paying, confirm whether your price is per person, per vehicle or for your complete group. Ask about transport, ride duration, vehicle seating, taxes, card charges, deposits, optional activities and any other fees. Optional purchases are not included unless explicitly stated.

Pickup and meeting points

Safari packages list 4×4 pickup and drop-off. Standalone buggy, quad and camel experiences offer optional transfers or self-drive arrival. Pickup time depends on your location and selected tour. Use the meeting point confirmed by our team, not the business address by default.

Suitability and special requirements

Share guests’ ages, mobility requirements and health concerns before booking so we can discuss appropriate activities. Confirm driver eligibility, passenger requirements, safety equipment and the applicable insurance and damage-excess terms for self-drive rides.

Meals and dietary requests

Selected evening packages include BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. If you have an allergy or specific dietary need, contact the team before booking. Vegetarian options should not be assumed to be vegan or allergen-free.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Ask our team for the cancellation, refund, rescheduling and weather-related terms that apply to your exact booking before paying. No universal cancellation promise is made on this website.

Opening hours versus tour times

Dubai Desert Safaris is open 24 hours every day for enquiries. Tours run at the departure times confirmed for your booking; this does not mean every activity operates around the clock.
